I've tried the older (more esoteric) mp3s which still employ the same mechanisms; they are all proper neuroscience technology. I didn't know Jim had self confidence mp3s until he talked about them. The brainwave entrainment audios use a technology that opens neural pathways. In this case, they open neural pathways normally open in confident people (in the frontal lobes). In essence, like all their entrainment audios, they are designed to open the mind to new perspectives / possibilities. Without the proper mentors to "open the door" for us, we have to do it on our own. Brainwave entrainment helps us to do that. I too have suffered thanks to the mistakes/ignorance from school teachers/parents when I was growing u and only now have started to heal my self of the wounds.
