World Tai Chi QiGong Day = World Healing Day = World Peace

Today is the day that the world gives back to you, the discipline which you put into yourself.

The last day of April, today, is World Tai Chi QiGong Day. Statistically, on this day, every year, there has been greater world peace. Look around you and listen. People every where  argue less. There are less tragedies in the world. More agreements. More Abundance.

Allow me to prove to you that, today, 30 April, we are also experiencing the Maharishi Effect which I have been pushing at HealingMindN for a while now:

From World Healing Day:

World Healing Day! Why?

The Global Consciousness Project, born out of research at Princeton University,
found that during times of great tragedy human consciousness focused to such a
degree that it
physically affected their computers all around the world. While other research found that when a small percentage of human beings harmonized their consciousness, they positively affected the behaviour of the community around them.

What if human consciousness was focused on a healing intention, together, for a 24 hour period? World Yoga Day, World Prayer Day, Word Healing Meditation Day…

What people are saying?

for a 24 hour-period, not on fear and desperation, but
on an intention for personal and global healing?”

On Saturday, April 30th, at 10 am, tens of thousands in hundreds of cities, in over 70 nations will come together … to breathe together … to provide the world a healing image of our planet and our people.

Be a part of World Tai Chi & Qigong Day 2011. Help spread the word.
Please find a taijiquan / qigong event near you where EVERYONE gets to follow mental discipline exercises for FREE. If you were wondering what to do this weekend, there are World Tai Chi Events taking the entire weekend. Wonder no more!

An intense amount of medical research has been provided, even by our government agencies, in complementary alternative medicine, holistic medicine, and integrative medicine to discover the healing benefits of taijiquan and qigong exercises. I talk about these benefits more at Bioenergetic Spectrum Mind in Science Blog.

Even more important than the individual health benefits are the world healing benefits.  The mind is the greatest source of creative potential energy in the universe. All minds and bodies in unity practicing taijiquan and qigong today are in harmony. All of these minds are synchronized to alpha rhythms: Relaxed, yet alert.

This is what happens when we practice internal style or soft style martial arts or QiGong of any kind: We harmonize and synchronize with the planet’s alpha rhythms, better known as Schumann Resonance.

This resonance is a geophysical phenomenon of 2000+ lightning storms always occuring around our planet – which is like a brain when we think about it.

You’ve heard me discuss the Maharishi Effect in other posts. TODAY is the day to become part of the Maharishi Effect, so we can truly usher in a new era of peace and harmony into our lives.

Look around you and listen RIGHT NOW. Please notice there is no arguing. No screaming. No Yelling. No terrible accidents. No Tragedies. This is because of what’s happening now all around the world.

TODAY, WE are all part of a Loving and Giving Humanity. TODAY, Humanity takes another step forward. Please be part of the One World Mind based in Love. Please be part of the tens of thousands of people who take humanity forward into Real Growth. Thanks for your time.

P.S. My first time listening to the latest interview by Gerald O’Donnell, “Back to Oneness Shift,” he claims that one of the keys to remote influencing is to have unconditional love.

In my mind, this bordered on the impossible. Can we have unconditional love for anything? I mean, can we keep giving love without expecting any in return? That seems draining – at least, on the surface.

Please visit Academy of Remote Viewing and Remote Influencing and listen to this interview yourself. It’s chock full of Remote Viewing / Remote Influencing tips wherein he refers back to his audio course.

What matters is that, TODAY, we have exactly the conditions we need for remote influencing the world into a life positive state. We simply need to be part of the 10’s of 1000’s around the world practicing Tai Chi and QiGong. All we need is participate through ancient mental discipline, today.

If you’re wondering what to do thereafter, hopefully, 10’s of 1000’s keep up their Tai Chi QiGong practice EVERYDAY. It’s actually very easy, as simple as breathing, but in a certain way.

If you’re wondering what the Academy of Remote Viewing and Remote Influencing has to do with all of this, the ancient ways of QiGong (AKA Nei Gong) are in there. Ancient forms of meditation form the basis of the course developed by Gerald O’Donnell.

Therefore, if you have no time to commute to internal discipline class, at least you have an easy to follow CD audio course with the extra added benefit of teaching you Remote Viewing and Remote Influencing. What more could you ask for?

The Academy of Remote Viewing and Remote Influencing is running an unprecedented deep discounted offer on Combination RV/RI courses including bonuses and also a special on a bundle of two combos. Discounts between 50 % and 64% are offered.

We would like to know that as many of you as possible have taken advantage of these reduced prices, for we know that the next two years will be very challenging and that you need to have trained your Mind and consciousness assiduously in order to be able to handle them in a state of inner peace with High guidance and powerful manifestation powers.

This special will run until July 7, 2011. Go to to get all the details.

  1. A number of different schools have different perspectives on approaching taijiquan in every day life. We know, to get really good at anything, it has to be a burning passion that lives deep inside of us. We become the art and the art becomes us.

As far as taijiquan, I suggest to study different schools of thought, first. Study the origins and the branches of Chen, Yang, Wu, and Sun.

Maybe you only want to do it as a hobby, to be healthy and stress free, as you say, but there’s so much more to taijiquan. It is a martial art based upon Tai Chi Philosophy, the grand ultimate philosophy. In taijiquan, we live the philosophy and become part of the grand ultimate mind which exceeds all others.

Some teachers say, “practice at least one hour a day.” I agree. In fact, we need to practice 24/7: Eating, breathing, walking, talking, sleeping – all is tai chi. All is mindfulness towards becoming part of the grand ultimate. Therefore, when you ask, “How often? Every day? Alone or with friends?” All I can say is, “Yes.”

As far as eating afterwards, keep it simple, natural and healthy.

    Healing Thoughts,

  2. I am planning to sign up for a Tai Chi class in Liverpool. I have done some research on Tai Chi and found out that it is really good for my health and my stress too. I am wondering how long should I practice it in each session and how often should I do it? Can I do it every day? Should I do it alone or with friends? Can I eat afterwards?
